Our coaching programs are built around a basic performance model which recognises that for optimal performance, people need the right focus, relevant skills, and high motivation.
Executive Coaching and Leadership Coaching
Our individual coaching programs last 5 to 7 months (plus sustaining period) and begin with needs analysis. Profiling instruments and interviews are used to give the participant vital feedback to guide their self-awareness, and to provide measurements for assessing change and improvement. We operate from a client-centred model – the client sets the agenda and is supported to discover his or her own solutions.
The higher level manager is included in our process to ensure that the coachee's goals are aligned with organisational goals.
We operate within clear ethical and professional boundaries.
In our team coaching process we combine individual with team development so that we are working at a systemic level to create profound and lasting change. Because participants focus on their individual development priorities as well as development of the team, this program takes results and relationships to another level. The process involves one-on-one or pair coaching with facilitation of group sessions.
Team coaching programs may span 6 to 12 months, with optional ongoing support. The program can be combined with training as well – teams often use our “Candid Conversations” training to accelerate their capacity for effective dialogue.
