Coaching

Our coaching programs are built around a basic performance model which recognises that for optimal performance, people need the right focus, relevant skills, and motivation.

Executive Coaching

Our individual coaching programs last 5 to 7 months (plus sustaining period) and begin with needs analysis and alignment of goals with the participant’s manager. Various assessments are conducted to give the participant vital feedback to guide their self-awareness, and to provide measurements for assessing change and improvement. We operate from a client-centred model – the client sets the agenda and is supported to discover his or her own solutions. The coach is there to ask the right questions and challenge when necessary. We operate within clear ethical and professional boundaries.

Team Coaching

In our team coaching process we combine individual with team development. Because participants focus on their individual development priorities as well as development of the team, it takes their transformation to another level. The process involves one-on-one or pair coaching with facilitation of group sessions. It can be combined with training as well – teams often use our Crucial Conversations training to accelerate their capacity for effective dialogue.
