We are often asked by our clients to facilitate meetings and workshops, and to consult in areas in which we have particular expertise. Facilitation is also a part of our team and leadership development programs.

Group Dialogue

We can facilitate sessions in which deep dialogue is required – to reach agreement when there are differing opinions, and to solve tough and complex issues. We have facilitated some tough sessions – one of the toughest was a union negotiation for a factory management team.

Facilitation of strategic planning sessions – the result is a workable, forward-thinking plan with priorities and accountabilities.

Advancing Women
