Horizons Unlimited has forged a new partnership with leading European mentoring consultancy, Clutterbuck Associates (CA). Founded by Prof David Clutterbuck, CA operates throughout Europe and globally through its partner network. David Clutterbuck's books on mentoring are widely regarded as core texts for guidance on how to establish mentor programs in organisations.

The partnership further consolidates Horizons Unlimited's position in the Australian market as a premier mentor program consultancy. Horizons has been successfully designing and installing mentor programs since 1997. The partnership provides exclusive access to evidence-based, global best practice tools and techniques for mentoring and mentor program design.
