Mentor Training

In this briefing we educate managers about mentoring. Participants will discover how to gain flexibility around their natural mentoring styles and learn how to really listen and respond to the needs of the mentees. They will learn how to help another person develop clear and measurable goals, and how to design activities that will help the mentee to grow. Training mentors is crucial for structured internal mentoring programs.

Mentee Training

Training for mentees is designed to develop their understanding of how to get the most of their time with a mentor. They will be assisted to develop starting goals to discuss with their mentor, be trained in receiving feedback, and will learn how best to manage the relationship proactively. .
