Mentoring Programs

In a mentoring relationship, a more experienced and (usually) more senior person agrees to assist a less experienced person (the mentee) with their professional and career development. Mentoring works because we do most of our learning by observing successful and unsuccessful role models, and we respond well to positive reinforcement from respected people.

Horizons Unlimited has been involved with the establishment and management of mentoring programs since 1997. Horizons Unlimited co-ordinates programs for Marketing Women and Network Central.

Our service includes customised mentor program design, training of mentors and mentees, facilitation of review workshops and program assessment. We provide mentoring programs for industry associations and for organisations who want an internal program.
