Melissa was a Marketing Director at Unilever before establishing her own consultancy, later co-founding the brand strategy and market research firm, Galileo Kaleidoscope.

With over 25 years business experience, Melissa is a skilled workshop facilitator, trainer and executive coach, working with senior executives across a broad spectrum of industries including professional services, financial services, building & construction, packaged goods, retail, telecommunications, and industry associations.

Melissa works with organisations and individuals who aspire to higher levels of performance. With a flair for both creativity and strategy, she designs unique programs to help people work through complex problems, and create meaningful purpose and vision for themselves and for their organisations. Her business experience combined with training in the social sciences means she brings an intellectual depth and insight to a wide range of client problems and issues.

Melissa founded the Marketing Women Association in Sydney, which since 1997 has provided mentoring programs and networking opportunities for young women working in the marketing profession. With a particular interest in the advancement of women to senior levels in business, she consults to organisations on the establishment of internal mentoring programs and other programs to attract and retain female talent.

Melissa has a Bachelor of Science (Psychology major), Graduate Diploma of Strategic Marketing (International Marketing Institute) and Graduate Diploma of Counselling. She is a certified trainer of de Bono thinking and creativity tools, Crucial Conversations, and a Master Practitioner of NLP. Melissa is accredited in a number of profiling and assessment tools, including LSI (Life Style Inventory), PD (Personal Directions), LEA (Leadership Effectiveness Analysis), Birkman and AVI (Australian Values Inventory). Melissa is an Associate Fellow of AIM and member of the International Coach Federation.
