Crucial Conversations

This training uses video clips to illustrate how crucial conversations – ones where opinions differ, there is a lot at stake, and emotions run high – can keep us stuck in our professional and personal lives. Participants are trained in having the conversations that will make a difference to them achieving the results they want.

Mentoring Skills

In this program we educate managers about mentoring. Participants will discover how to gain flexibility around their natural mentoring styles and learn how to really listen and respond to the needs of the mentees. They will learn how to help another person develop clear and measurable goals, and how to design activities that will help the mentee to grow. A must for all managers.

Creative Thinking

Six Thinking Hats and Lateral Thinking were developed by Edward de Bono. Six Thinking Hats promotes parallel thinking as a constructive replacement for argument. Participants learn how to use Six Thinking Hats to foster creative discussion and to evaluate ideas. In Lateral Thinking training, participants learn to use a number of tools to approach creativity in a structured and logical way. The techniques are based on the notion of the brain as a self-organising information system.
